This condition provides written permission for a Authorized but Not Offical 'copy/print or reproduction' with the display of 'Kitchen Pages' Logo, brand, or Trademark.

8. The OpenSource definition can be applied by the Seller when required by a Buyer or User for software products written under such a licence. This condition provides written permission for a Authorized but Not Offical 'copy/print or reproduction' with the display of 'Kitchen Pages' Logo, brand, or Trademark.

9. Other license may be applied by the Seller/Author for work/part/software when required by a Buyer or User for various products; where avaiable/if included. Seller reserves rights of application to enforce license/s and condition that may also be applied from any Privacy Statement which includes, or could with reasonable terms - state additional Terms of Service/license of another original license provider/s.

10. Buyers and Users may NOT indirectly/directly copy/print/or reproduce in any form the websites product and/or service for Sale or Use of any kind unless allowed by condition/s. Users may copy/print/or reproduce specified software products without cost or limitation under another condition.

11. Buyers and Users may NOT indirectly/directly copy/print/or reproduce this the website software product as a whole or part for use by a compeditor Internet website using methods that have an affect of hiden or removed license/disclaimer/credit notice/s.

The Seller does impose restrictions on the export of 3rd party software products for DRM technology (except operating system) as expressed by other sites like DBD to the extent that the Buyer or User of the software and websites found on or created by Kitchen Pages is the responsible party along with the DRM technology provider; And not Kitchen Pages; The DRM provider is responsible for Buyers and Users to have full responsibility and certify that they are not in brech of 3rd party licence conditions, or use of this media in any way without payment from DRM provider to Seller with Buyers priour consent in payment of usage fees to Seller of this or other licence/s.

The Seller does impose restrictions on the export of 3rd party software products to the extent that the Buyer or User of the software and websites found on or created by Kitchen Pages is the responsible party, and not Kitchen Pages; Buyers and Users have sole responsibility to certify that they are not a resident of any country upon which Australian, Canadian, US, EURO, or United Kingdom (UK) laws prohibit the import, download of 3rd party software, or use of this media in any way.

The Seller does impose restrictions on the import of 3rd party software products to the extent that the Buyer or User of the software and websites found on or created by Kitchen Pages is the responsible party, and not Kitchen Pages; Buyers and Users have sole responsibility to certify that they are not in breach of their resident country laws that would prohibit the import, download of 3rd party software, or use of this media in any way.

The Seller does impose restrictions on the maths, marketing, and other solution within software products created by Jason Robinson for Kitchen Pages, Kitchen Page, or KitCAD; Such conditions are noted and appended to these conditions and may include GNU GPL or other style of license/s. All users and buyers have sole responsibility to certify that they are not in breach of their resident country laws, licence, or pending legal request as a result of Buyer/s action that would prohibit the import, download of software, or use of the resulting media in any way. Court and other expences may be sourt by Seller against Buyer/s in such case/s.
