KP2->i3KGC conversions, KCG BCB C++ VCL to JavaScript ECMA

The data used in KitCAD 1.19 has been included in a windows subsystem component called KPGraphicControl, or KP.Bpl that is used for KitCAD2.exe, KitCAD2v5.exe; And in the current online edition that is included within KitCAD i3.

The BCB ISO C++ code used create the Kp.Bpl file component (GNU licence) to can be re-formatted into ECMA (Edition 3) compatable JavaScript code to run with 'Ie' or 'Ff' compatable web browsers; Examples and bug list below. The JavaScript/s used may not work 100% - some bugs below:

FIXED need for KP2 file lines to be altered from xdTop=68 and changed to xdTopxd=68
FIXED need for offline KPT files to require lines to be altered from 1=LineTo and changed to a1=LineTo
KPTG files are NOT required, 3D is not included
lang.inf files are NOT required, Multi language support is not included
Script warnings, and many prompts for HTTP XML loads...
Security warnings, and many prompts for Active X scripting control.
UPDATED Poorly written attempt at 'Vcl' include files by Jason to match some cpp headers; compacted headers into single files!
There is NO real error testing on file io, data, etc. User entered text in KP2/KPD/KPT files causes errors
FIXED need for Section, key, and some values must be different to allow file io (due to poorly written attempt above)
FIXED need for Section, key, and some values should attempt to use _ symbols inplace of %20 or space
Splitting values for FileExisits, ChangeFileExt seem to now cause errors, default return is 0 or false!!! KPT should be affected!
Firefox MAY display "Unresponsive script" warning messages when using KGC JavaScripts; To disable the messages type about:config in url bar, and filter to dom.max_script_run_time. Change the value from the default of 5 seconds to 20 seconds.
Firefox MAY NOT display Canvas Elements correctly when using KGC JavaScripts for Screens of 256 Colours (or less) and Scroll bar changes cause clearing or loss of Canvas Element; Try canvas restore but suggested fix using 16-bit Screen Colour or better.
Compact and GNUzip Compressed JavaScripts are located at ../library/i3/compact/TObject/.. - Please note that the Compressed Scripts are tests only...
Placement maths MAY generate incorrect values when KGraphicControl.State3D is TRUE. The default is FALSE, and corrects this problem - KGC is not a full-on 3D generator but does ONLY include support to draw very basic 3D.
Placement maths generates incorrect values when KGraphicControl.DimWidth is LESS-THAN KGraphicControl.DimDepth like 600w_600d causes error while 601w_600d is placed correctly - Only affects JavaScript KGC...
