Help and Information about KitCAD4???.
KitCAD4 (IRC script example) for KitCAD2.exe or KitCAD2v5.exe - KitCAD4 is NOT a program. KitCAD4 is NOT included in listed downloads for KitCAD.
KitCAD Version 2.27 v5 (2005 release) contains options to use IRC (or
other P2P networks based on this ideal). Users of IRC networks and KitCAD2v5
are required to install additional downloads for IRC networks using a software
application named 'MIRC'. Get the additional support for KitCAD2v5 by downloading
and installing the KitCAD4
example MIRC script addon (http://www.kitchenpages.com/mirror/kp4mirc.zip).
This kind of ideal allows KitCAD2 to operate on a Peer-to-Peer system. Such
systems allow multiple connections and disconnections via the cheapest routes
of access; A dial-up, and access via Point to Point networking, etc - and the
system is almost fully redundant by default depending on hardware and some switching
networks (laptops, mobile devices, and most telephone connections do not require
mains power, etc).
This example can be developed further - only basic access functions are included within the script example.
The download of kp2mirc.zip is an Example for either KitCAD2.exe or KitCAD2v5.exe
Please install KitCAD downloads as required.
